Luxury Saunas was started in 2018 in Minturn, Colorado by Matt Hansen. We offer design, construction, implementation, and final fire-up of all saunas. We specialize in high-end custom sauna design and installation. We also offer installation of all types of outdoor saunas, including but not limited to barrels, cubes, and A-frames.
Luxury Saunas has extensive expertise in saunas, offering clients a wide range of options. Our saunas are custom-tailored to any space you have available — inside or outside your home.

1. Consultation & Site Visit
Our design team begins with an initial phone consultation, followed by a detailed site visit to determine the best sauna location and feasibility for your home or commercial space.
2. Collaborative Design
We collaborate closely with builders, homeowners, architects, and designers to create a custom sauna design tailored to your exact needs and aesthetic vision.
3. Material Selection & Approval
After finalizing the design — including wood species, door and heater specifications, and add-ons — Luxury Saunas will order premium materials and prepare for installation.
4. Electrical Coordination
Electrical requirements are handled seamlessly by our certified electrician or coordinated directly with your team’s electrician to ensure all safety and code standards are met.
5. Expert Installation
Our skilled craftsmen meticulously install all wood products, followed by precise setup of lighting, heater, controls, and custom add-ons as per your approved design.
